Article 1: General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order via the Anyshop web shop, the Customer must explicitly accept these Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Article 2: Price
All prices mentioned are expressed in EURO, including VAT and all other taxes or taxes that are obligatory to be borne by the Customer. If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately. The price indication refers only to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website have been compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Anyshop. In terms of the correctness and completeness of the information provided, Anyshop is only bound to a means obligation. Under no circumstances is Anyshop liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors. If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact our customer service in advance via the contact options on our website. The offer is valid as long as supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by Anyshop at any time. Anyshop cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product.
Article 4: Online purchases
Description of the ordering procedure: The customer can go to the "Stores" tab and choose the "Order online" option. The customer can choose the desired product, its color and the number of pieces. The customer can find more information under "Description" and "Additional information". Once the customer is sure of his / her order, you can go to the shopping cart via the button "add to my shopping cart".
Once in the shopping cart, the customer is notified what has just been added. If the customer has a coupon code, he / she can also enter it here and it will be automatically deducted from the total amount. The customer enters the billing information. The customer can also enter a different delivery address. The customer must enter the desired address to correctly complete the order and delivery. The shipment is done by B-post. Shipping within Belgium is free for the customer only with a volume purchase as indicated in the product page of the product itself. If not, there is a standard shipping cost of € 5.95. For shipping to other countries, the customer pays a shipping cost based on weight or as determined in the shipping cost configuration. Free shipping applies with volume purchase. This is set per product and may vary periodically. The customer can find these shipping costs in the overview in the shopping cart under "Shipping". The customer can also add a comment if desired. The customer now sees the total amount to be paid. This amount includes VAT. After this, the customer chooses the desired payment method. For this he / she has the choice between: Credit Card (MasterCard, American Express or Visa), by means of a module of PayPal or by bank transfer with payment obligation. All additional costs due to the payment method will be stated, unless Anyshop takes on the costs and the extra costs to be paid are € .00. The customer must mark the box (OPT-IN) where he / she declares to have read and agree to the General Conditions of Anyshop. The customer can read the General Terms and Conditions by clicking on the link and can also download them by clicking on the 'download' button. The customer can now click the "Confirm order" button. If certain fields are not or incorrectly filled, they will receive a red error message. The customer must first resolve these error messages before clicking "Place order" again. The customer now receives an order confirmation by email. Anyshop is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.
Article 5: Delivery and implementation of the agreement
Once the order has been created by the customer, Anyshop will be notified so that the order can be prepared for transport as soon as possible. As soon as we are busy with the order, we can communicate this to the customer by clicking on the 'processing' button in our order overview. The customer will then receive an email with the message that we have received the order correctly and that we are preparing the package for shipment. The customer's data is processed by Anyshop and order information is communicated by email to the customer and delivered by B-post. As soon as the order has been shipped, the customer receives a notification via email that his / her order has been sent. Delivery time depends on B-post. We work with Bpost and Bpost strives to deliver the domestic parcels the next working day. However, this is not a guarantee. For neighboring countries they use a delivery period of 2 to 4 days. Delivery in Belgium is free on condition of volume purchase. For delivery outside Belgium, an extra cost is charged to the customer. The country zone is also requested for the address data. This will automatically calculate the extra shipping amount and add it to the shopping cart. This gives the customer a clear overview of how the total price was obtained. Items ordered through this webshop are delivered free of charge in Belgium by B-post. For deliveries in the rest of the European Union, a surcharge must be paid at the value of the standard shipping cost per weight per country determined by (with B-post). Deliveries outside the European Union are not yet possible. Any delays caused after delivery by Anyshop to B-post are not the responsibility of Anyshop. Anyshop does its utmost to deliver the order within the stipulated period, but cannot guarantee this because it works with external partners. Unless otherwise agreed or expressly determined otherwise, the goods are delivered to the Client's place of residence within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order. However, Bpost aims to deliver the domestic parcels the next working day. However, this is not a guarantee. Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported immediately and immediately by the Customer to Anyshop. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods. However, the risk already transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Anyshop.
Article 6: Retention of title
The purchased items remain the exclusive property of Anyshop until the moment of full payment by the Customer. If necessary, the Customer undertakes to inform third parties of the retention of title of Anyshop, for example to anyone who would seize the items that have not yet been paid in full.

Article 8: Penalties for non-payment

Article 14: Applicable law - Competent court
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law on applicable law and with the exception of the Vienna Convention on international sales contracts for movable property.
